Checkout time was 3pm they let me stay an hour longer. Location was fabulous, I could see the whole corniche from my room. All the best food places are near by. Staff was nice.

My room was not ready when I arrive at 5 pm, call them in advance. The room was not as clean as the pictures on booking.com, carpet and furniture were not clean. Switches and plugs are old. Bathroom also very old fittings. Some how working but they need major renovations. Breakfast was a big NO.

Right from the start the view is beautiful for what your paying. It is the second best Hotel in the block after Mövenpick. It’s really close from the corniche across the road. The Hotel room’s are clean. Our trip was quiet relaxing regardless the imperfections. Would prefer Park Inn by Radison but wouldn’t mind staying here again. However...

1. They lack basic amenities (Shower Cap, Body Lotion...) 2. There is no underground parking. 3. Single elevator makes it harder to access. 4. The Hotel is 5 years old, it shouldn’t feel older but it did. 5. The electrical socket isn’t Middle Eastern. (Chinese, so you must request a converting adapter from the reception.) Speaking about reception, they don’t speak English plus in the hotel there is no number of the reception. (Dial 111) 6. The AC is noisy and the bathroom seat makes a loud noise when it refills water. 7. Not as up to level as it’s other branches. 8. Road Closures around the property (As of 02/02/2020).
